Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Period

Our refund and return policy begins from the date the product is delivered to the buyer, lasting for a period of 14 days. Returns made within this timeframe are accepted.

2. Return Conditions

For a product to be eligible for return, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging with the warranty card included.

3. Return Procedure

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and ship your item to our address.

8. Gift Items

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

9. Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. International Returns

If you are returning high-value items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
